Edward R. Purmann, President

A founder of Edge Associates, Inc., Ed has over thirty-nine years of foodservice planning and design experience. During this time he has worked on virtually every type of foodservice operation. This varied experience enables Ed to bring innovative approaches gleaned from each industry segment to the design issues of today’s ever-changing food service operations.

Ed is responsible for the conceptual design and project management and is involved in all other phases of a project through the punch list.
