Allen Maeder- Principal
Allen Maeder is a Principal at Edge Associates. He has been working in the food service industry for over 40 years. Allen started his career in operations working as a cook then managing several different types of facilities. He later went into food service consulting and has spent a better portion of his career as Project Manager in a food service equipment dealer. Allen has a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University in Food Science Dietetics and Nutrition.
Michael Purmann- Principal
Michael Purman has been at Edge Associates for 14 years. Prior to joining Edge Associates Michael spent three years as a sales associate working closely with clients. He has worked with Auto CAD since joining the firm and understands the complexity of the engineering drawings by applying his extensive knowledge to each project. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University in Communications, Media Studies.
